What we agree on
- Once it is finished and you are happy, we come to photograph the house and record a short testimonial.
- We photograph the house, not you. Nobody in the family has to appear in a photo or video.
- Nothing is published without your approval — you see the material first.
- We never give the address or surname. References carry only a town and a first name.
Timing and scope are settled at the end of the project, not when you sign. If any part does not suit you, we leave it out.

Full integration of home technology

- 230 V work — always carried out by a qualified electrician

Prices and package values are indicative and include 21% VAT; each price also shows the amount excluding VAT. We prepare an exact quote based on your project.

A smart electrical installation is hard to add later. It is decided when the circuits and the distribution board are being drawn.

Questions about the offer
Why is the offer limited to 15 households?
Because we want to do and document each one properly. More projects in a single half-year would not leave us with results we would be comfortable showing.
Do I have to agree to photography?
Yes, it is a substantial part of the exchange. We photograph the finished house, not you, and nothing is published without your approval.
How much will I save on energy?
The honest answer: it depends on the house. Public sources suggest roughly 5–10 % on well-managed heating and about 10–20 % on lighting operation. Shading mainly affects the thermal load of rooms. We do not promise a specific figure, because nobody honestly can.
Do I need my own electrician?
Yes. All 230 V work is always carried out by a qualified electrician — either yours, or one we can recommend. We supply the system, the design, the configuration and the commissioning.
What if I only decide in a year?
The special offer runs until 31 January 2027 or until the fifteen places are filled. You can still contact us any time — when there is time for it, we are glad to advise without an offer attached.
Is BARAQ a Czech company?
Yes. BARAQ SMART SYSTEMS s.r.o. is based in Brno and we manufacture our modules in the Czech Republic and Europe. We could produce more cheaply elsewhere. We decided not to.
