Privacy Policy for the BARAQ mobile app (Apple App Store and Google Play)

This policy explains how the BARAQ mobile app handles data while controlling your smart home and communicating with the control unit.
The app does not collect personal data for marketing purposes and does not sell personal data to third parties. For operation, it may process only technical data required to connect and control the system (for example: device identifier, app settings, and smart home device states).
Primary smart home data is stored in the control unit installed at the user's premises. The app serves as an interface for viewing and controlling this data.
Communication between the app and the control unit is protected using available technical safeguards. Access is protected by authentication and permission settings.
If diagnostic or operational logs are used, they are used solely to ensure functionality, security, and support. These logs are not used for advertising profiling.
Users may request information about personal data processing and may request correction or deletion where applicable.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page and through app distribution channels.
